All projects must include:

1. A basic title and type - e.g. Finance Firm requires Solicitor’s Services - Legal
2. Maximum budget - This is the price the auction starts at and is the most you are prepared to pay to get the project delivered. If you are unsure please leave blank
   
3. Bidding deadline - Length of time you wish to receive bids - defaulted to 1 month
   
4. Project deadline - Deadline for the project to be delivered - defaulted to 1 month
   
5. Open/Closed bidding - Indicates whether Service Providers can see each other's bid amounts
   
6. International bidding - Indicates if you wish to accept bids from international Service Providers
   
7. Description - Please include as much information as you can about your project. This enables Service Providers to formulate accurate bids to meet your requirements

Once you have posted your project /requirement it will be approved by our admin team and then sent to Services Providers that provide the services. They will read through your project, ask any questions via the site and then place a bid to win your business. All you need to do accept the bid from the Service Provider that you think is most suitable, or decline the bids that you receive if none is appropriate.
